This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted or denied for our services. Please carefully review the following criteria before contacting us:
Please note that we are unable to refund to the original payment method due to the unique nature of the market. We have pre-paid the supplier on your behalf, and, unfortunately, the supplier does not support monetary refunds but only provides credit notes. Therefore, we can only assist in refunding in the form of a credit note for customers. Exceptions may apply in specific cases, which will be clearly noted below:
Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Unlocking Code (Android & non-Apple devices): If, having worked with our technician to get the code to work, and we cannot get the code to work, you'll be refunded.
- Criteria Mismatch: If we can't unlock your phone that meets network criteria (Clean IMEI, paid all bills)
- Premium Service Failures: If the service fails for any reason, you'll be refunded along with any Standard Service payments you have made. (Refund to original payment method is supported for this case)
- Remote USB Unlock: Refund is given if the service is incompatible or doesn't work.
- Specific iPhone Issue: Refunds are provided if an iPhone unlock fails solely due to "Incompatible Sim" message. Proof in the form of a video is required.
Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:
- If your iPhone is already unlocked, but you proceeded to place an order with us. We incur costs upon submission.
- If you requested an unlock from a network and failed to meet the established criteria, which were explicitly outlined before purchase, requiring an additional payment that you declined to make. In such instances, the original payment cannot be refunded, as we have already incurred costs.
- If you provided an incorrect IMEI number.
- In the event that you placed orders with multiple unlocking companies and seek a refund from the first one that did not notify you of completion. We incur costs upon submission.
- If you purchased an eligibility check. Please note that Eligibility Checks for unlocks are non-refundable.
- If your IMEI is blocked, blacklisted, stolen, or lost.
- If you placed an unlocking order with the incorrect network/carrier. If you are uncertain about your iPhone's network/carrier status, we recommend using our carrier checker at https://simunlocks.com/all-carriers/imei-checks prior to purchase.
- If there is a delay with your IMEI and your order is still in progress.
- If your device is Hard-Locked or if it is an Android Device that does not prompt for an unlocking code.
- In cases where unlocks fail due to blacklisting in the country, activation lock on the device, or hardware issues (e.g., No Sim or No Service) after the unlock has been completed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your handset is in proper working condition and free from activation lock issues, and it functions seamlessly with a network SIM it was originally locked to. Failure to meet these conditions makes you ineligible for a refund.
- If your iPhone has an iCloud activation lock and you are unable to activate it, you should either contact the iPhone owner to remove the iCloud account or purchase an iCloud Removal service from us or another provider. We will not refund a completed SIM unlock on a device rendered unusable due to an Activation Lock. You can check the activation lock status of your device before making a purchase at https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/.
- For non-Apple devices: If your device has exceeded the "too many incorrect attempts." which leads to "Hard-Lock" by the carrier.
Please be mindful of these refund criteria when using our services. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
